Wmware CIO forum 2019 – Hotel Sofia

A comprehensive project that includes all the technical conference, breakout set ups and operations but in addition, it incorporates an impactful branding decoration both in rooms and in common spaces to create unique branded venue that transforms the hotel.

You can see some of our systems working a large 16 x 2,5 meters 2,9mm Led screen, PA system using our T10 d&b audiotechnik system and yamaha QL5 + rio at the control. At the video village we linked 2 Analog way Ascender and used our media servers with 4x 4k synchronized outputs. Lighting was operated with an Avolites Tiger touch 2.

For the design and construction you can see a lot of different solutions. The main backdrop elements were produced with a custom frame wrapped with a white canvas and 3D letters with a metal brush finish.One to one meetings and decoration elements are a combination of spray-painted wood, mirror glass and vinyl.
